Creativetravelsites.com is proud and pleased to announce that we will be documenting the Cedar Rapids Washington High School fine arts trip to Florida in March 19-23, 2011!

We will be taking photos, audio, and video of the preparations before the trip and the activities during the trip itself and posting them online as they happen.  We will be creating a website that is all things trip oriented!  Announcements, reminders, the latest information . . . it will all be here anytime should you have a question or a need on free informational pages.

From a media perspective, we generate hundreds of photographs a day during the trip, along with dozens of audio and video clips to give you a full perspective of the trip as it happens.  One of our recent efforts had over 2700 pictures in 6 days.  People not on the trip, near and far, can keep up with the trip.  Students can relive the trip after it’s over, kind of a digital yearbook.

Best of all – this service is being provided FOR FREE at no cost to Washington or the Patrons of the Performing Arts.  We’re even paying for our own trips to be with you!

End-users can purchase a low-cost one-time subscription to view several thousand photos, audio, and video clips of the preparations of the trip and trip itself, the students, and the fun as it happens.  If you like a particular photo, you can even purchase it in a print size of your choosing and it will be delivered right to your home mailbox.  Media clips can be purchased full-sized and downloaded right to your computer.

As part of the site, we are looking for businesses that would like to advertise.  Based on previous traffic on our sites and the amount of participants going on the trip, we are predicting over 1 million hits in 6 weeks before, during, and after the trip from mostly the Cedar Rapids area.  This will be a fantastic way to reach a localized audience through the power of the Internet with rates that are A THIRD of comparable high-traffic sites!  Better yet, a portion of all advertising sales will go back to the Washington Fine Arts Program.
