SATURDAY MARCH 19

 

4:45 AM Arrive at CR airport – You must provide your own transportation

Check in with your assigned chaperone upon arrival

Proceed through check in and security

 

NOTE EVERYONE needs to bring a picture ID along with their ticket. There may be surcharges for overweight/large equipment – please be prepared to pay.

 

 

11:30 AM Depart for DISNEY WORLD – EPCOT

 

NOTE We will be using a “Park Hoper” pass which means you can go to any Disney World park you wish on each day.  You can even move between parks if you desire.  Drop off and load points will be made known for each day.  This means we will be dropping you at a different park each day.  Pick up a show schedule upon entrance into each park for a

Live Entertainment schedule.

 

Meals:  1 Disney Dinning Card provided:  $12

 

9:00 PM View IllumiNations:  Reflections of Earth

The sky erupts with light and fire as this nighttime spectacular celebrates

our world. Dazzling special effects, colorful lasers, brilliant fireworks, and fiery torches are all choreographed to an incredible musical score.

[Signifies the closing of EPCOT for the day]

 

Animal Kingdom closes at 8:00 pm

Magic Kingdom & Hollywood Studios close later – be on time!

 

9:45 PM Load motor coaches; depart for Hotel

SUNDAY MARCH 20

 

8:00 AM Breakfast at the hotel

 

9:00 AM Depart for DISNEY WORLD – MAGIC KINGDOM

Meals:  1 Disney Dinning Card provided:  $12

12:30 PM Band & Orchestra meet load buses

Depart for Disney Event Building located near Downtown Disney

1:00 PM Meet Guest Talent Coordinator at the DEB

 

 

4:00     PM Band & Orchestra load buses; return to Magic Kingdom

 

5:15 PM Choir loads buses; depart for Saratoga Springs Resort

5:45 PM Meet Guest Talent Coordinator at Saratoga Springs Resort

 

Afterwards Choir load buses; return to Magic Kingdom

 

10:00 PM View Wishesä Nighttime Spectacular Fireworks Display

The biggest ongoing fireworks spectacular.  It features an original soundtrack, character voices from several Disney animated films and narration by Jiminy Cricket.  During the show guests will witness the wishes being made by Disney characters.

 

11:00 PM View Main Street Electrical Parade

Returning to Walt Disney World Resort, this favorite parade is more dazzling than ever. With enhanced lighting technology, like LED and special effects, the glittering procession lights up Main Street, U.S.A. and makes its way through Magic Kingdom Park.

 

Afterwards Depart immediately to Ticket & Transportation Center

Load buses; return to hotel

 

Animal Kingdom & Hollywood Studios close at 8:00 pm

EPCOT closes at 9:00 pm

 

Lights out upon arrival at hotel

 

MONDAY MARCH 21

 

8:00 AM Breakfast at the hotel

 

9:00 AM Depart for DISNEY WORLD – HOLLYWOOD STUDIOS

Meals:  1 Disney Dinning Card provided:  $12

Animal Kingdom closes at 8:00 pm

EPCOT closes at 9:00 pm

Hollywood Studios closes at 10:00 pm

Magic Kingdom closes later – be on time!

 

8:30/10PM Don’t miss Fantasmic!

There are 2 shows.  Arrive at least 1 hour early to get seats.

Lasers and lights will thrill you as you enter Mickey Mouse’s dream… dancing water and beautiful fountains, until Disney villains turn it in to a nightmare.  Watch as Mickey Mouse uses dazzling special effects to prevail!

TUESDAY MARCH 22

 

7:30 AM Breakfast at hotel

 

8:30 AM Load buses; depart for the Kennedy Space Center

 

10:00 AM Arrive at Kennedy Space Center and tour

Have the opportunity to come face-to-face with a real astronaut every day of the year. There are many exhibits and space adventures at the space center.

 

Lunch at the space center (student cost)

 

1:30 PM Load buses and depart for the International Palms Resort

 

En route Stop at Ron Jon’s Surf Shop

This one of a kind surfing Mecca on Orlando’s Beach has become one of the most visited attractions in Florida.  Encompassing over 52,000 square feet, this multi-level store features its’ own waterfall and glass elevator.

 

PM Spend time at Cocoa Beach

Located on a barrier island nestled between the great Atlantic Ocean and the Banana River Lagoon on Florida’s Central East Coast, Cocoa Beach continues to link the birth of the Space Age with the wonder of the future. Just six miles long and mostly less than one mile wide, Cocoa Beach is truly a unique place!

 

5:00 PM Enjoy a Beach BBQ Cookout

assorted cookies, lemonade, and iced tea)

 

6:30 PM Load buses; depart for hotel

 

8:00 PM Arrive hotel; enjoy hotel amenities

7:00 AM Breakfast at the hotel; check out of the hotel

PACK UP! – We leave the Hotel today

 

8:00 AM Load motor coaches

Depart for Universal Studios OR Islands of Adventure

[Both parks are located in the same place – you must choose one]

 

Lunch in the park (student cost)
